Is the disk you're making the .trans.zip file on trustworthy? Stern%20Smile

I've been using TransWiz to package up domain user profiles on Windows XP Pro 32bit, upgrading the machine to Windows 7 Pro 64bit, and then restoring the profile.  The process works fine except about 30% of the time (so far) the .zip file is corrupt and I have to run TransWiz again to package up the profile.  TransWiz doesn't report any error, but I can't open the .zip file.
