ProfWiz Error: The RPC server is unavailable

   I just downloaded ProfWiz to test using it for a domain migration. Currently the customer does not have active directory. I want to migrate the local user accounts so the domain username uses them. I've successfully tested on two PC's however the third one is failing. During the wizard I am prompted for credentials to access the domain even though I logged in as domain admin. After I enter the credentials I get The RPC server is unavailable.
