Hello,
I migrated a few Windows 10 workstations from Workgroup to AD Domain. Although the procedure is simple and quick, I encounter some problems that appeared after the migration. #1: In a workstation which uses Outlook 2013 to sync G Suite email accounts via IMAP, the sync process is not working anymore. Tbh, sometimes it syncs all the folders but you have to force it or restart Outlook. This behavior started after the migration using Profwiz. The thing is that there is no send/receive error during the process. #2: Users complaining that they asked to enter credentials every day when they want to access network resources like a shared folder. I entered their credentials in each workstation's credential manager but still no luck. This is also caused after the migration. I was excited, at first, that such an application can handle the migration process but now I'm a bit more skeptical about it. Both problems occurred after the migration process. Are these known issues? Can you please help me here? |
