When trying to restore data on any PC, there is a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error, which states:
" Runtime Error! Program: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. " The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x047b82f6. Click on OK to terminate the program. Click on CANCEL to debug the program. " Any ideas as to what might cause this? Edited by adam - 17 Mar 2007 at 1:22pm |

Hi,
We haven't had any other reports regarding this. Unfortunately the error is so general that it does not tell us anything.
To sort this out we need to know alot more about when the error is occuring. For example, does it occur when you select the transfer file? Does it occur with all transfer files, or just one specific file? What version of Windows are you running when the error occurs?
If you want to email us at beta@ForensiT.com please do so.
