Hi, I was asked to convert around 30 Win 10 laptops from a workgroup setup to a local domain setup.

This afternoon, I tested the free version of your product and was really impressed with the easyness and speed it took me to convert a standalone workgroup profile to a domain profile. Only bug I met was that I had to run a quick repair on Office 365 to set it right.

Now, the only thing that bugs me is to have 2 profiles at the end of the process. The original profile (old workgroup) and the new one (new domain).

Is there a way, with the Professionnal or Corporate version that would leave only one profile on the disk?

Thx!

User Profile Wizard does not move, copy or delete any data. Instead it configures the existing profile “in place” so that it can be used by the user’s new account.

You should run the software before signing-in with the new user account, so no second profile is created. Best practice is to allow User Profile Wizard to join the new domain for you.
