This is a known issue with pre-1.17 versions of Transwiz. You should contact support@ForensiT.com

Version 1.14 - What are the steps to obtain the latest version?

For what it's worth, I also tried the free version with the same exact result.
Both free and pro did work successfully on my Windows 10 test system.

You are probably not using the latest build of Transwiz. What version are you using?

Using TransWiz Professional to backup profiles on a Server 2008 R2 Terminal server.

Transwiz runs without issue and creates the destination folders, however the size of each folder (with or without compression) is never more than 200KB, even though the profiles range in size from a 500MB to 5GB+

Attempting to restore from this transfer file fails:
No roaming profile path set.
Setting Registry ACLs... Fails.
Unable to load Profile. Error 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

I suspect that based on the tranfer file size, it is not being created correctly. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
