Hi,

I'm sorry that you have had a problem. It is extremely rare for User Profile Wizard to crash under any circumstances. We suspect that you may have a corrupt evaluation license file. Please contact support@ForensiT.com.

I am having this problem with a trial of the Corporate Edition (3.0).  The account already exists in the ad.ufl.edu domain.  As you can see below it will not rename the machine either.

Hi,

This problem is usually indicative of a name resolution issue. As a test try the username in UPN format: amypolk@ad.ufl.edu

As someone who is evaluating User Profile Wizard, you are welcome to contact us at support@ForensiT.com with any issues.
