Hi,
The fundamental difference between the Corporate Edition of User Profile Wizard and the Personal Edition is that the Corporate Edition has a command line interface. The command line allows you to script migrations and automate the migration process - which is essential if you are migrating more than a handful of machines.
The command line interface gives you more options. For example, you can add a workstation to a specific active directory OU. You can also run additional "follow-on" scripts or applications using encrypted administrator credentials that you pass on the command line. The Corporate Edition comes with our Deployment Kit which can generate migration scripts for you; so, again, as an example, you can migrate all the profiles on a workstation in one operation.
For more information on the command line, please see the User Guide here: http://www.forensit.com/Downloads/User%20Profile%20Wizard%202.5%20User%20Guide.pdf
Finally, the Personal Edition is only free for Personal use. If you are using User Profile Wizard to migrate machines that do not belong to you, you should purchase the Corporate Edition.
