Hi
I downloaded Tranwiz and unpacked the zip files to a folder on a shared drive. I went to that folder and ran the application on an XP machine. It had a cople of errors while creating the zip about files that it could not access; I clicked Ignore and it ran to a successful completion.
I went to a VISTA Business 32 bit machine and tried to run the program. It gets to the point where it has asked me for where I want to put the backup zip; once I click OK I get "ForensiT User profile Transfer Wizard has stopped working" and the only option is to cancel. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I'm sorry you had a problem. Obviously it looks like Transwiz has crashed. The most likely cause is a corrupt archive file. We don't know of any problems specifically with Vista. You could try opening the file with winzip to check its integrity.

I think that the problem has something to do with what is in my profile because I was able to get it to run on my PC but I backed up a different profile. For my profile it crashes everytime it starts to try to create the archive.
