Migrate from NT Domain to 2000 Domain

   Can someone please explain in simple language how to move a NT domain based computer to a 2000 based domain.
Out current network has a NT Domain Controller. 30 computers are connected to this NT Domain Controller.

I built and installed a 2000 Server which will be the new Domain Controller. I added this 2000 Server in the NT Domain. This has Active Directory working successfully.

I know we can use ForensiT tool to move the 30 computers to the 2000 Server. 

I would apprecitae a detailed approach.
