I cant get the old/new profile names that I have stored in a .csv file to be recognized by the migration script. The .csv files are in the same network directory that the profwiz.exe is in. I get an error : unable to migrate user becuase the profile DOMAIN\user_I_want_to_migrate, cannot be found in the list.
The .csv file was built in excel using this format:
oldusername,newusername
any ideas?
Background: using the 7 day trial CE version for a test before purchasing up to 1000 licenses for a migration.

Reading usernames from a .csv file is usually straight forward. There may be a formatting issue with the file - you need to make sure there are no stray spaces in the usernames. If you send the file to support@ForensiT.com we will be happy to take a look.
