Hi guys,

Before putting any investment into the product i would like to know which product can handle the below scenario:

1. We have 40 old laptops which are being replaced with new ones.
2. New laptops have been imaged and built and already joined onto the domain.
3. New laptops have all the required software installed on them.

I want to be able to login to the old laptop and migrate the profile to the new laptop so that the user logs in onto the new laptop in the domain with all his settings restored.

Is that possible?

Hi,

Yes it is possible. You should look at User Profile Transfer Wizard. The software is currently in beta.

Can this software also export with it user specific settings i.e. outlook signatures, printers mappings, drive mappings, outlook PST mappings? cookies, fav's? I'm looking for a tool which will give us minimal messing around time when the profile has been uploading tothe users new machine.
