We are running Windows 10 Enterprise (build 10586, referred to as 1511) with version 2.7.1040 volume license install for User Profile Manager. We are having issues where a user goes to sign in, and receives a message stating, "Simultaneous sign ins using the same profile are not currently supported on this version of Windows. Sign out the current user of the profile before continuing."

We have Fast User Switching hidden/disabled. This has happened on Logouts and Restarts (including complete shutdowns). The only way around the issue to either reboot until it works, or login to the last user that it worked.

We think it's tied to the AppX rebuilding and getting cutoff before the user is restarted, but we've left the machines (i7 with SSDs).

Anyone else seen this issue?

-Ricky
