I migrated or began the process for migrating a user account
As I did this, it failed due to Dns server being pointed at google

I changed that and saw the screen went dark, no longer showed the background in this profile
I ended up having to restore the computer to prior to the migration
Even with doing that I found that fhe profile still doesn’t load after running the migration again

I login and get errors about things not loading
Appears to have to do with permissions in the c:\users\<username> folder

Any ideas on how I can make sure that the application has the necessary profile permissions?

You need to run User Profile Wizard again, and re-migrate the original profile.

If the profile does not show up in the "Select a user Profile" page, tick the "Show Unassigned Profiles" box.
