I need transfer a profile to another computer but when i try transfer de profile in the new computer the tool send this error "unable to load profile error 1314"

What can i do?

Error 1314 is a Windows system error meaning "A required privilege is not held by the client." Because Transwiz is running with Administrator credentials, it should be able to acquire the necessary priviledge. Check that there are no Group Policies in place restricting this.
Because the profile has been copied (and only as a workaround) you could try running - User Profile Wizard and assigning the profile by choosing "Show Unassigned Profiles" on the "Select a User Profile" page.
