   Hi, 

two questions/issues

1. Can i copy the data for the profile without 'packing' the users profile?
2. When you carry out a migration of a profile with a file which contains chinese characters it fails to unpack the profile properly and ends up with a FAIL status.

Can this be confirmed?

	Hi, You can't copy a profile without packing it. I guess you are thinking of some direct-transfer facility, which is something we can think about. We can't confirm that there is an issue with chinese characters. We'll take a look at this during our next round of testing.
