Hi,
After I log into the new account, everything is fine except Outlook asks for a password on the initial send/receive. Not a huge problem, but not sure why.

Hi,
The reason is that Windows stores Outlook passwords (along with some others) encrypted with your username and password. When you migrate a profile and logon using a different username, Windows cannot decrypt the saved password and has to prompt you to enter it.

For working out given issue you may use pst password cracker. It can repair pst passwords from any version of MS Outlook. The software starts under all major versions of Windows OS. It can't modify source data during recovering.
