Hello gentlemen,
To keep it short, I had some major issues with Active Directory being mean, came across this software and finally was able to migrate my "old" profile that was inaccessible. I migrated directly on top of my new profile and seemingly cannot find my downloads and documents of the profile I created in the mean time. Which was a lot of stuff. So.. did I just lose all of the downloads and files I had been working on in the mean time by migrating on top of my existing profile?

Hi,
No, the data will be in a folder under c:\users. The software does not move, copy or delete any data. Instead it configures the existing profile “in place” so that it can be used by the user’s new account. The Wizard does not 'merge' profiles. If you have configured the Wizard to rename the profile folder, the old folder name would have been renamed and that profile is now orphaned (it isn't associated with any user account), but the data is still on the computer. Many thanks, Support.
