Windows START button break

   Hi,

I used the "User Profile Wizard 3.11 Personal Edition" to join my Windows 10 Pro to a domain.  Everything works ok as long as I login to a domain at work.  But when I took my laptop home, I can't access the START button and I can't run any Office product.  I can only run apps that have a shortcut to my taskbar. I have an administrator right on both domain and local machine.  To shut down my laptop while I'm at home, I have to CTRL + ALT + Delete.
