I am attempting to run ForensiT to migrate Entra-joined workstations from one Entra domain to another. The user lookup file uses the old.user@olddomain.com,new.user@newdomain.com format. However, the lookup does not find the user in the lookup file because the user account on the target machine is simply "old.user" without the domain name attached to it. I confirmed this by updating the lookup file to use old.user,new.user. That time, ForensiT successfully found the user in the user lookup file, but failed to find the user in the ForensiTAzureID file because that file uses the domain names. I've re-read the documentation and watched the video and do not see anything explaining this issue. Any suggestions are appreciated. For clarity, here are the error details: Migrating user account "test.forensit" User 'test.forensit' not found in lookup file. Migration Fails. "Warning: exited with status code 1".

Hi,
When migrating to Entra, you must specify the full UPN of the target account as it appears in the XML file in the csv. For example, test.forensit,user@domain.com If you continue to have a problem, please email support@ with the log, csv and xml file. Many thanks, Support.
