You can't do this with DefProf.
You can copy a profile with the Professional and Corporate Editions of User Profile Wizard; or you can backup a profile with Transwiz, and then restore it on the same machine, assigning it to User B.

Excuse me, I'm going to use Defprof as User Profile A User Copy to User B (not the default), how do I use it?
