Dear Support,
As stated in the subject message i am getting the error message " Target User not found in Azure Object ID" while using a single deployment file with the coorporate edtion. On one of the forums i saw that the answer to that is that : I have not created the User Lookup csv file to map the user account names to the new Azure UPN. i did create the csv file and the entry has the same formating as the one Below. Marilyn,marilyn@jackrabbitslims.onmicrosoft.com. What am i missing ? thank you for your help ! Kind Regards, Angelo. |

Hi,
Have you recreated the Single Deployment File after making any changes? Please remember that the Single Deployment File includes all the required files, so if any changes are made, the Single Deployment File must be recreated in order to incorporate the updated files. User Profile Wizard will get the user’s new Azure AD User Principle Name from the user lookup file, and then look up the User Principle Name in the ForensiTAzureID.xml file to get the Object ID of the Azure AD user. If you continue to have a problem, please can you email your files to Support and we'll take a look. Many thanks, Support.
