Error generating XML file

I'm trying to run the ps-script to generate the XML tile. 
But I'm getting some errors.
Can anyone help me get past them?

	Hi, Please run the Save-AzureADUser.ps1 script directly from a PowerShell console and not from PowerShell ISE. Many thanks, Support.

	I'm quite certain that I did run it from a PS console.
