Getting Directory Name is invalid from CMD

We are trying to run the Profwiz.exe file from the command line using the parameters we are running the .exe file using all the parameters but there we are getting the Issue Directory name is invalid. So we run the Profwiz.exe using only the /RENAME parameter in which we have passed only the ou path value but we are getting the issue again. we have run the below command in the powershell

 .\Profwiz.exe /RENAME OU=UK,OU=UK,OU=Regional,OU=Workstations,DC=New,DC=com 

this is the command we are using, we are running the command from the folder location where we have kept the config and exe file. in the above parameter, New.com is the target domain where the computer will be migrated. the OU path is correct in the target domain. Still getting the Directory name is invalid

What are the possible reasons we might get the error?

Can we get the error for any other possible reason? 

Do we have to pass "" or a new Dc name or anything else

Yes we are getting the same log

What we are doing is we have stored the files in the user profile of a domain admin user then we try to run the files from the domain admin account.

Is this will cause the error as well??
