License is invalid error

   Hi,

I have uninstalled UPM v2.1 from my laptop (XP/SP3), but on logon I am still getting the error, "License is invalid. User Profile Manager has been disabled." How can I get rid of this error?

	You should reinstall the software - reboot - and then uninstall again. If that does not work there are instructions for removing the software manually in this post. Manual removal is at your own risk.

	Thanks. I can't reinstall it because I no longer have the software, which I deleted it when I unstalled. Can I redownload v2.1 somewhere so I can reinstall it so I can then reuninstall it? And going forward, perhaps Forensit could consider doing what so many other companies have done when their normal ununstall routines fail and post a removal utility. I see you're a moderator and I assume a volunteer, but could you pass the suggestion on? GaryK

	You can download the software from the downloads page. Version 2.1 is the version for Windows XP.
