Outlook not working after migration

I didnt want to bump an old thread - however, I am experiencing Outlook profile issues on one user after migrating O365 GoDaddy tenant to MS O365 new tenant portal, migrating the profile to azure ad (new profile) in the process.  

All other office apps work fine, except outlook gets stuck at Loading Profile, and then eventually fails with the error:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost). 

I tried everything in this thread to no avail - 


Anyone have any ideas?
