Hi all,

I've migrated from domain to domain lots of machines, everything is running smooth except for one machine that generates me event ID 1098 for AAD :
Error: 0xCAA5001C Token broker operation failed.
Operation name: RequestToken, Error: -2146893802 (0x80090016), Description: Le jeu de clés n’existe pas.
Logged at WebAccountProcessor.cpp, line: 652, method: AAD::Core::WebAccountProcessor::ReportOperationError

I've tried all suggested fixes from MS and all forums. It seems there have been a fix for this with a file called o365c1.zip

Does some of you still have that file? I'm wanting to test it because everything else just doesn't solve the issue on this machine.

Thanks a lot

Best regards,

Filipe

Hi,

What version of User Profile Wizard are you using?

o365c1.exe has been deprecated. It was a “patch” or “fix” for a previous version of our User Profile Wizard tool. It should not be used.

If you have authentication problems in Office 365, forget about trying to sign-in to individual Office Apps like Outlook, and go straight to Settings->Accounts->Email & Accounts, then under the section “Accounts Used by Other Apps”, click “Add a work or school account” and add your Office 365 sign-in account. This should work without any errors. Once you have done that, you should be connected in Outlook, Excel, etc. automatically.

Support.
