Hello everybody,

New Server 2019 --> Old Profiles needs to get migrated in new Profiles

Result running Profwiz:

Freeware Edition
Copyright (c) 2002-2021 ForensiT Ltd

Target device: AP01-CHEF-DT-NE
OS build 10.0.19043.1586. Version 2009.
Domain: XXXXX
Finding Domain Controller for domain XXXXX... Done.
Using Domain Controller: \\Win2019.XXXXX.LOCAL
Binding to Active Directory... Done.
Getting FQDN for user "X.XXXXX.Domain"...  Fails.
User not found in domain.
Migration Fails.

Troubleshooting so far:
-- Used Administrator Account to do the migration
-- Used Local Account to do the migration
-- Setup Reverse Lookup Zone - NSLookUp ok

Hi,

This error would indicate that the user account (x.xxxxx.Domain) has not been created on the new domain.

Getting FQDN for user "X.XXXXX.Domain"...  Fails.
User not found in domain.

If you can send the unredaced log to support@forensit.com we can advise further.

Support.
