Hi,
I'm running ForensIT Pro in a (yet momentary) test environment (ManageEngine) and am facing a problem (maybe later more). But first I'd like to re-try a migration, and for this I'd rather like to delete the flagfile instead of each time altering the script (FlagFileName). But where ist the flagfile located? In https://forum.forensit.com/intune-deployment_topic2304_post5786.html?KW=flagfile#5786 there is a path described, but there's nothing to find on my machine. But a flagfile exists as the already migrated machine can't be migrated again because of the flagfile, so the logfile says.
Thanks for any help. Regards, pgs |

Hi,
Only the Corporate Edition script will write a flag file, the Professional Edition does not. The flag file will normally be C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\ForensiTMigrated, if the migration has been successful; where Username is the user account running the migration. If you are running under a RMM tool as SYSTEM, the path is going to be C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\ForensiTMigrated. You can edit the script to not write the flag file, or not check for it. Many thanks, Support. |
