When migrating a PC from an old domain to a new domain, it migrates the selected user account along with joining the PC to the new domain.
But what about a computer that has multiple user logins? How do I run the migration after the initial one to convert the other user accounts since the PC is already now on the correct domain? Thank you.

Hi,
You can run the software again to migrate the next profile, unselect Join Domain (because the computer is already joined to the target domain). Using the Professional Edition and Corporate Edition, all profiles can be migrated at once.

Can a profile be migrated while logged in as that user or is it required to be logged in as, say, a local admin to migrate the user profiles?

You can migrate the profile of the account you are logged in to, or migrate from a local admin account.
