Hi, 

Looks lile there are two errors here, the first; 

22/12/2022 16:38:52.062 User 'testuser1' not found in lookup file.

Indicates that the user is not present in the user lookup csv file. Please see page 42 of the user guide for more information. 

The second error;

22/12/2022 16:39:22.515 Cannot connect to service.

Most likely indicates that some AV or Security software is blocking the software from running correctly. 

If you still have a problem, please can you email support with your config, log, csv and xml file and we'll take a look. 

(I have edited your post to remove your config file and xml from this public forum).
