I am tasked with migrating a Windows 2016 RDS server from one domain to another and to ensure all the (local) user profiles remain the same and functional under the new domain. 

I have never done this before. 

I have used ADMT to migrate the users and computers to the new domain (with user/group SIDs).   I was planning on just unjoining/rejoining the 2016 RDS server, but then I realized all of the profiles will still be on the wrong domain.

Can one of these tools help me?  ...and is there a guide to do what I need?

	User Profile Wizard is designed to do exactly this. Depending on the number of user profiles you need to migrate, and whether you need to automate the migration process, you could choose the Professional or Corporate Edition. The User Guide is available here.
