Hi everyone,
I just wanted to make this post in case other people had trouble with this issue with Transwiz. I have had this issue on 3 different computers in the past week, and this has never happened to me in the past. I used Transwiz to move a domain profile over to a new computer. When the user logs in, the Outlook icon that was pinned to the taskbar is now showing up as a blank file icon. When I click the icon it says that the Outlook file cannot be found or something like that. After trying to repair office and it still not working, I decided to search the hard drive for the Outlook.exe file. And there it was! I clicked on the executable and it opened up with the users account and everything. However, when I pinned the Outlook.exe file to the start menu again, it showed back up as the blank file icon again and gave me the same error. I ended up just making a shortcut on the desktop, and telling the user that they would have to open it from there. Just a heads up for anyone else encountering this issues!
