I'm getting the "The RPC server is unavailable� error in 2000 server, but the manual only shows the fix for 2003 server. Any suggestions?

The "The RPC server is unavailable� error is often caused by the existing DNS server not knowing about your new domain. The User Guide does only show how to add a forwarders entry on Windows 2003 Server, but the process is very similiar on Windows 2000 server.
