I transferred a user from a Windows XP Pro 32-bit install to a Windows 10 Pro 64-bit install and it seems to disable the users ability to search using the taskbar. The keyboard seems to disable itself entirely. I can still look through files and open apps, but I cannot type anything into the start menu. This applies to both the users physical keyboard as well as the on-screen keyboard.

Any suggestions?
