I am testing Transwiz to transfer profiles from Windows 7 Pro (latest revision) to Windows 10 Pro (1703 release) and the process appears to go fine, data is transferred, except when trying to use the Windows 10 machine after the user has been transferred, the Start Menu no longer works. Clicking on the Windows/Start button does nothing.
Both machine were brand new images, and the profile from the Windows 7 machine was a test user with some file added to the documents folder.
The profile was transferred to a network share by a different user account, and downloaded to the new machine by a different user account. Not the same one that was being transferred.
Again, everything appeared to go fine, no errors.

We are aware that this problem can sometimes occur. We think we have a good lead on why it is happening, and we are currently working on a potential fix.

Okay great!
Do you have a time-frame on when that might be? I'm really interested in getting the Pro edition for the migration I'm starting mid to late June.

Can confirm that this is borken in TransWiz. Windows 7 to Windows 10 1703 does seem to work ok but Start Menu is missing. Tried everything to get it working but have not found any working solution.
