Hi there, first post here.

I'm moving some users from w7 pro machines joined to a domain to w10 machines.
There are some domain policies about printers and login/logout scripts

I had the same issue with 2 migrations: one the profile is successfuly migrated and the user login to the new pc, windows starts to download printer' drivers as per domain policies, but tries to install non existant printers and so it keeps running with high cpu use.

Registry is filled with "unable to instal printer_name driver" errors.

is there anything am I missing? everything is working fine but the spooler/printer stuff; where should I check for errors?
