Defprof is reporting an error during installation (extraction of the .EXE file)

The error is: "the file 'Defprof.exe' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'disk1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

I downloaded the file directly to my download folder and tried to execute it. Looks like there's a problem with the download package.
