We are testing migration to Azure using our RMM toolkit.

PC runs through the initial migration work and then restarts however at the login screen there is no option to signin as "Other user”/ “Sign in to: Your work or school account”

Page82 of the user guide says this is something that have been seen using a provisioning package but how long does it need left, is there a way of checking if anything is happening in the background

Thanks

You need to sign-in with a local account and check in Settings under "Access Work or School".

User Profile Wizard does not join the device to Azure AD itself: your Provisioning Package does that. All User Profile Wizard does is install the Provisioning Package for you. You could equally well install the Provisioning Package via “Add or Remove Provisioning Package” in Settings, or directly from PowerShell (using the Install-ProvisioningPackage Cmdlet). If the device is not then being joined to Azure AD, the problem is with the Provisioning Package. Most likely, you just need to recreate it, generating a new bulk token. Tokens are normally time-limited.

Thanks the problem does appear to be with the Provisioning Package, I will try recreating that and manually adding it to the test pc

the package can take up to 40 minutes to work after the reboot of the machine. ensure that the computer is connected and on. an additional reboot most of the time save the day and make the option "work or school account" visible

Looking for some assistance related to a Domain to Azure Domain Migration.  We are looking to automate the process for many users and running in to some issue.  I believe we have following all the documentation however when we run the lastlogin.ps1 script it fails with the following error: The target account does not exist "Migration Fails exited with a status code 1317"

We have successfully generated the XML and PPKG files

Please note: We have performed a successful migration using the free desktop version of the application.

Thanks!

I got around the 1317 "The target user account does not exist." error by simply not specifying /targetaccount on the command line.

I'm programmatically generating the profwiz.config and ForensiTAzureID.xml files, so I just had my script only include one user in ForensiTAzureID.xml
