Testing software . after the install .. it asked to reboot .. now I'm trying to remote desktop connection and getting the ff: error:

"You cannot initiate a Remote Desktop Connection because the Windows logon software on the remote computer has been replaced by incompatible software C:\WINDOWS\system32\awgina.dll

To correct this problem, please have the administrator of the remote comuter contact the program vendor for a version that is compatible with Windows."

I downloaded the latest software.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi,

This looks like a problem with pcAnywhere. When you join a XP machine to a domain, Windows disables fast user switching and this can cause problems with some versions of the pcAnywhere Graphical Identification and Authorization (GINA) filter, Awgina.dll.
