I am doing a migration and think maybe this is a DNS issue.  I can ping the domain and have it resolve to any of the DCs.

13/08/2022 23:37:47.311 Getting FQDN for user "acooper,"...  Fails.
13/08/2022 23:37:47.358 User not found in domain.

Hi, 

We have replied to your support ticket, we will reply here too as it may help others; 

It looks as if you are using a User Lookup csv file to map old usernames to new usernames, looking at this log, the target username (incorrectly) has a trailing comma ',' after the username.

If you are not changing the usernames, you do not need a lookup file at all.
