Hello,

I use User Profile Wizard Professional edition to migrate computer from on prem domain to azure AD.

How i can during the process specify that i also want leave the on premise domain ?

Hi,

Tick ‘join workgroup’, then the Wizard will unjoin the computer from the AD domain.

If you specify a Provisioning Package, the Wizard will automatically unjoin the computer from the domain before installing the Provisioning Package.

Do you need to tick the "Join Workgroup" checkbox when you also use a provisioning package?

Hi,

No, if you tick Join Workgroup, the Wizard will join the computer to a Workgroup and not install the Provisioning Package.
