Can anybody please tell me what is this watchdog.exe that pops up in an infinite loop after profile migration. Occurred in XP and Vista. Also please teach me how to deal with it. Thanks in advance.

"Watchdog" is nothing to do with User Profile Wizard. You need to check what other software is running in your environment.
