After migrating 10 users from domain to workgroup, about half the users can't access new shared smb folders.
Getting either error 80004005 or 80070035 with message: "network path not found". They can see and use the previous shared folders which were present before the migration but can't connect to a new one. Thanks

got it resolved. # symptom: network path not available In group policy, Windows -> Security -> Local -> Security For some users, Network security: Restrict NTLM: Outgoing traffic to remote servers gets set to 'Deny all'. That should be allowed. # symptom: password not accepted In group policy, Windows -> Security -> Local -> Security For some users, Network security: Lan Manager authentication level needs to be set to NTLMv2 only.
