	Generally the answer is no. If you have the Corporate Edition, you can use the /NOREBOOT switch, but you need to remember that any profile that has been migrated will be unusable (the current user will no longer have access to the migrated profile). Additionally, if the machine has been migrated to a new domain, the old domain will no longer the accessible, and the machine will not be authenticated to the new domain until it reboots. It is best to reboot as soon as possible.
