I've created a single deployment executable file, and it works great when run while logged in as a user in Windows.

I'm trying to run this backstage via Connectwise Control/ScreenConnect and it gives the error:

WARNING:  exited with status code -1073741502

Hi,

If you are deploying a Single Distribution File via a RMM tool, you need to create another Single Deployment File for that purpose. Please run through the Deployment Kit and select the "Deploy using a Desktop management tool, like SCCM, or a Group Policy" option on Step 11. Please see page 51 of the user guide. This will make the necessary changes to reflect that the Single Distribution File will be ran under the SYSTEM context when deployed via a RMM tool

If you are still having a problem, please can you email us your config file and migration log file and we will be happy to review and advise.

Many thanks,

Support.
