Transwiz Black Screen Problem

Hello All,
We had a user that just upgraded to a new computer.  I used Transwiz to take his profile from his old computer, stored it on OneDrive, then loaded it from the new computer.  The process seems to work fine, but once I actually go to log in to his new account, it shows his desktop for a split second, then goes black.  Completely black screen with a mouse cursor.  I can use CTRL+ALT+DEL to view the task manager, I can see what process are running, I can use the start menu to see all of the programs, and I can ALT+TAB to see open windows.  But I can't actually do anything because the screen is completely black.  I'm using the most recent version of Transwiz.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.
