We have a paid license for TransWiz and we are a hybrid office 365 shop and have an on prem AD as well as an Azure AD. Our devices are what Azure calls “Hybrid Azure AD joined” which mean they exist on prem AD as well as in Azure AD. When we use Transwiz on any of these machines that are hybrid joined, it is causing some major issues for us.

On a normal working PC and before we use Transwiz, the employee has a “Work Account” connected under the ‘Email & accounts’ section of Windows 10 settings.

After using Transwiz and logging on as the user for the first time on the new machine, there is no account under “Add a work or school account” anymore. If we click “Add a work or school account”, nothing happens at all. No prompt, nothing. This means Outlook, Teams, Windows Hello, Excel, Word etc are all broken now.  We can’t sign into a single app because we can’t connect the work account back in the Windows 10 settings.

I can log on to the same PC as a different user and everything works fine, and the work or school account has the user signed in.

I realize I can just delete the employee’s profile that Transwiz copied over and let windows re-create it, but that would defeat the whole purpose/convenience of Transwiz and we love Transwiz!

**NOTE** I know TransWiz doesn't officially support Azure joined devices but we are just hybrid and I'm hoping SOMEONE else out there has ran into this issue and knows a workaround!

As you mention, unfortunately Transwiz has now been discontinued, and it does not support Azure accounts. The freeware version remains available on the website.
