I have used Transwiz before and found it to be extremely useful. I have found a situation where when I am transferring data to another computer the verify of the generated ZIP file produces a message (i forget the actual wording) "this file is not a valid zip file" and the save fails.
Any help would be appreciated. |

The transfer file is corrupt. You will need to backup the profile again. Before you do, run chkdsk on your backup drive, and also on the source drive if you can.

I have found a fix that works for the volumenshadowcopy error from here
https://support.servosity.com/hc/en-us/articles/216284737-ISSUE-GLOBALROOT-Device-HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy-does-not-exist> I downloaded and executed the BAT file for W7 and higher and it all worked. |
