Unable to login after profwiz migration

Windows 10 - After running the profile migration tool (profwiz) to go from a workgroup to azure AD I am now unable to log into the PC. This is the 4th system we tested and the other three went well. This system only had 1 local user and I set the wizard to delete the local account. After the migration, at the login screen the ad password will not work, the local password will not work. we can login with users ad credentials on other systems. it is like the migration created a user account, but no way to access the computer.

Any help would be great as I don't see what has gone done wrong.

You can't sign-in with the local account because you deleted it.

Can you sign-in with any Azure AD account? If you can't, the machine was not joined to Azure AD correctly.

Thanks you for your reply. I suspect the system did not join the AAD as well. So the big question is how to I access the system to work on it? Even though there is a "user name" on the log on screen there is not any other options on the screen to access the system.
